So I accidentally downloaded the wrong file from the internet and ran it as administrator. After i ran it as administrator, many applications suddenly were installed in my windows. The first one was a black calculator, a Lightening Media, and another application i forgot the name of. I immediately uninstalled all of them and restarted my laptop. After that, i did some quick scans using Windows Security Defender because it detected threats over and over again even though i've removed them all.

They always came back. And then my Chrome also started acting strange.. The Chrome shows up as "Managed by Your Organization" and when i checked the policy, i found two Chrome policies. The first policy name is "ExtensionInstallAllowlist", the policy value is under "hemlmgggokggmncimchkllhcjcaimcle" with "Warning" as its status. The second one's policy name is "ExtensionInstallWhitelist", the policy value is under the same name with "Error, Deprecated" as its status.

Every time i open a new tab in Chrome, a new window pops up with "happyquokka. But after a few seconds, the window will close itself and my supposed new tab will appear.

Sometimes when typing at the search bar, the same happyquokka pop up will appear and disappear, and the search engine suddenly changes itself to Bing instead of Google even though my default engine is Google. I copy-pasted a set of FRST. My Chrome seems to be working back to normal, there is no "Managed by Your Organization" or pop ups anymore.

Nasdaq, there is also this extension appeared on the pinned extension on my Chrome that i've been trying to remove over and over again but it's still coming back up until now, even after all the fixes with the FRST.

The extension only said "tool" and whenever i click 'manage extensions' to see the details of the extension, the "tool" doesn't seem to exist, so all this time i've been removing it only from the pinned extension on the chrome bar.
